On behalf of  Evolve Community Foundation, Inc. I would like to extend a warm and humble welcome to our Digital Community.

Evolve  Community  Foundation, Inc  was founded on September 25, 2015.  and  demonstrates  as  TreeRoots Organization.
“A tree roots organization is a nonprofit organization that supports grassroots organizations, their Programs, Projects, and Initiatives in a Community Based Participatory Research way (CBPR). 

After 12 years of research  and  development, and experimenting,  this  organization  has  evolved into an essential community asset in the communities we serve and for  those  that  engage with our system.  We work collaboratively with the community’s   financial, intellectual, and human resources in a respectful, honorable and dignified way.

We use our guiding principles of (1) Seek Perfection of Character, (2) Be Faithful
(3) Endeavor (4) Respect others (5) Refrain from Violent Behavior  to  ground  us  as  we  serve  persistently.

Evolve’s proven success comes from our ability to use an interdisciplinary approach. This strategy was designed to harmonize cognitive dissonance, associated with learning, to help students achieve during their formal K-23 academic years, while at the same time, positively contributing to the asset-based community development process.

Our B.E.A.C.H. Life Track to Success and Purpose Community Operating System, Our B.E.A.C.H. Life Clubs After-School and OST Programs, our  Peace Pond Projects,  along with our Workforce Development and Mentorship strategies are our holistic approach to serving the students, families and stakeholders of the communities we operate in.

We do this in the most efficient and effective way to deliver the charitable mission to create and preserve long term sustainable community wealth and a better quality of life for the students' families and stakeholders of the communities we serve.
